Our Facility
The PARTNERS facility is located in Kent, Washington, just south of Seattle. We occupy about 100,000 square feet of office, production, and warehouse space, all on one property. PARTNERS has made a considerable effort to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible.
Reduction in Gas and Electric Usage
- Production plant light fixtures changed to high efficiency fluorescent lighting, which reduces plant light electric usage by 75%
- New roof with white reflective coating, which reduces heat loss and heat gain, thereby reducing gas and electric usage
- Foil-backed insulation rather than craft paper backed insulation, which helps with heat retention and reduces gas and electric usage
Power Sources
- EPA Green Power Program - 125% green power resources
